JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the design team in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under the guidance of a senior designer, ensuring alignment with project requirements and design guidelines.
• Assist in user research and usability testing, helping to gather and organize user feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, contributing to discussions and ensuring that design concepts are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Learn and apply design principles to help develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, supporting consistency across products and platforms.
• Document design work, including decisions and iterations, and assist in preparing presentations or materials for design reviews.
• Stay curious and proactive, keeping up with design tools, trends, and best practices, while seeking opportunities to improve skills and contribute ideas to projects.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills, problem-solving abilities, and user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software.
• Understanding of design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
