A prestigious group is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an HR Generalist (m/f/d) for Braga.

Your new role

• Ensure HR processes: Attraction, Selection, Development, and Retention through integrated remuneration and benefits policies.
• Act as a professional development partner, building trust to optimize human capital.
• Develop and monitor Competency Development Plans and Career Plans in coordination with the Development Area.
• Identify and implement customized training and development programs based on current and future needs.
• Update and maintain the Group's function family model, competencies, and seniority levels, mapping responsibilities and requirements.
• Conduct employee satisfaction studies to understand opinions and expectations, and identify initiatives for happiness and well-being.
• Monitor the Life Plan, ensuring the dynamization of benefits and well-being initiatives.
• Promote communication and compliance with the Group's internal best practices and guidelines on people management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Higher education in Psychology or Sociology (mandatory)
• Professional experience of at least 1 year on a similar role
• Pedagogical Competence Certificate (preferred)
• Good knowledge of English
• Residence in Braga
