Product Manager

We're Hiring: Product Manager (Remote – Based in Switzerland)

Are you passionate about building products that solve real problems and deliver real value? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives—all in a fully remote environment.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and market insights

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ship high-quality features

• Translate ideas into clear product requirements and user stories

• Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback and data

• Communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the company

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or SaaS environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote setup

• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar

• Fluent in English; other Swiss national languages are a plus

• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
