We're looking for a 3D Game Artist who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about creating rich, stylized visuals across characters, environments, and props.This role is perfect for artists who can adapt to various formats — from top-down and isometric to hybrid 2D/3D views — and are more drawn to illustrative, stylized work over photorealism.What You'll DoModel, texture, and organize game-ready 3D assets (characters, props, environments, structures)Develop and iterate on visual concepts using Krita, Sketchbook, or Adobe IllustratorCollaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure visual cohesion and support gameplay mechanicsContribute to asset layout and level visual planning, with a focus on perspective, silhouette, and clarityWork within a game engine–agnostic pipeline, maintaining organized and adaptable filesWhat We're Looking ForProficiency in Blender for modeling, UV mapping, and asset prepComfort with 2D concepting tools like Krita, Sketchbook, or IllustratorSolid understanding of form, proportion, anatomy, and visual balanceVersatility across 2D, isometric, 3D stylized, or pixel/voxel-based artStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetA portfolio showcasing a range of stylized or illustrative work (required)Bonus PointsExperience with game environments, level composition, or prop librariesInterest in collaborative storytelling or systems-driven game designPrevious work on indie, narrative, or culturally rich projectsWork ArrangementOn-site availability preferred, especially during key stages (rendering, QA, etc.
