Internship Legal Private Banking
Your main tasks are
You will assist the different areas on all legal aspects of the Bank's day-to-day business. We are offering an interesting opportunity to get an insight into today's legal and regulatory challenges in the private banking sector, including the following tasks:
- Support the Legal Team in providing legal advice to the Private Banking front staff and Blockchain Team regarding all questions arising in the daily business with clients
- Prepare and review account and product documentation
- Support in the handling of client complaints and litigation cases
- Provide legal support and advice to other support areas such as Talent & Culture, Marketing, Engineering and Technology, etc.
- Assist with the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
- Review internal policies, standards and procedures
- Legal support in international projects
- Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements and correspondence in English, German and Spanish
- Correspondence with authorities and public bodies
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Swiss Law
- Previous internship or relevant work experience, preferably in the banking and financial sector is a plus
- Interested in banking services and products including digital assets
- Proactive, team player, excellent interpersonal skills
- good communication skills together with a concise and precise drafting style
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of diligence
- Dynamic, flexible and capable of working independently
- Solution- and target-oriented person with strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented focus
- Fluent in German, and English. Spanish would be a plus
