We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager at MMC Tech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various technology projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Scrum Master and providing program management for multiple internal IT projects. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We Will Count On You To

• Maintain and support the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes.
• Educate and consult with the PM group on methodology and documentation.
• Track programme status and project artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with methodology and conduct regular audits of ongoing projects.
• Analyse data and provide regular reports to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers and Programme Finance Managers with project methodology and tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on budget templates and financial reporting.
• Recommend corrective actions for projects as needed.
  
  

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in programme management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Romanian.
