Technical Leader

We are seeking a Technical Leader with expertise in PHP, Laravel, React, and TypeScript to lead our development teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who is capable of guiding technical decisions while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions using PHP, Laravel, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Define and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and agile workflows within the team.
• Act as a point of escalation for technical challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance the efficiency and quality of the development process.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the applications developed.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading development teams.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP and Laravel for back-end development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Ability to define technical strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear technical direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
