Web Developer-Real Estate Experience

We are hiring web developer for our Marketing team, the ideal candidate must be a coding artist, responsible for the coding and creating innovative design and layout for our website. Your responsibilities will include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable and efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Web Development, designing and support of business applications
• Providing quality standards for operational areas & ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Hold the credentials for gathering details about most common queries and technical difficulties faced by customers and escalating the same to the concerned authorities.
• Client Resource Management (CRM)
• Compliance Tracking System (CTS)
• Asset Management System (AMS) modules
• Develops and creates websites (including Microsite and Portals)
• Creates the look, layout, and features of a website
• maintenance and additions to the website
• work with development team for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs
• Design webpage layout
• Design Mobile Friendly layout (Responsive)
• Determining technical requirements
• Updating websites
• Creating back up files
• Solving code problems

Qualifications

• 2 -4 years of experience in Web Developing or similar role
• Previous Real Estate experience is Mandatory
• BS in computer science or a related field (Attested Degree Mandate)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS(LESS/SASS) and Javascript
• Experience with server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET
• Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
