Junior Product Growth Analyst

As a Product Growth associate, you will be responsible for building data driven strategies and products in addition to extracting and analyzing data to make recommendations for identifying new growth opportunities for the business.

In this role, you will:

• Perform quantitative analysis and monitor, mine and present data to recommend improvements in for driving growth
• Able to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with our products
• Simplify concepts to build buy-in and liaison with the development teams to execute on various projects
• Understand business model and the user funnels to identify required step-changes for growth
• Define OKRs and roadmap for the initiatives and experiments
• Plan and perform A/B experiments and track and analyze the results
• Keep the company at the forefront of developments and adoption of the latest technology and standards

• B.Sc in Maths, Computer Science, Marketing or similar scope from a reputable university
• Minimum of 3 year work experience in similar field
• 1-2 years experience working with SQL
• Experience in A/B Testing, data analysis and quantitative analysis tools
• Experience working with product, development and data oriented teams

• Understanding of digital platforms, marketing & technology
• Ability to answer unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects to conclusion

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
