The Opportunity

We're seeking a technically proficient Client Support Engineer to provide exceptional platform support and technical enablement for our global enterprise clients. Based in Dubai, you will serve as a critical link between our clients and product team—troubleshooting technical issues, implementing configurations, and ensuring optimal platform performance across time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to enterprise users, resolving platform issues efficiently
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Document support processes and contribute to our knowledge base
• Identify patterns in support requests to drive product enhancements
• Participate in platform testing cycles for new features and releases
• Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure client technical needs are addressed
• Provide technical guidance to clients regarding integration points and platform capabilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, platform configuration, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Fluent English & Hindi communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with REST API, database management and ITIL Service
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and patience

Preferred:

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with S2P/P2P systems and digital procurement tools
• Other language skills could be an advantage
