We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong engineering background, preferably in construction or interior fit-out projects. Experience with lighting materials (lit materials) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project data, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making across multiple construction sites or fit-out projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Proven experience in construction, fit-out, or lighting material procurement
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with BOQ analysis, material tracking, and project cost control
• Ability to extract insights from project data and prepare clear reports

Preferred Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of lighting materials used in commercial or residential fit-outs
• Exposure to project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
• Experience collaborating with procurement, design, and site teams
