Mobile Application Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer proficient in iOS and Android platforms with strong experience in React Native. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring mobile applications that align with business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure mobile applications using React Native to meet business process and application requirements.
• Build innovative features that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers for seamless application integration.
• Participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, and support junior developers when needed.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Lead or contribute to build management, design enablement, configuration, and release management at an advanced level.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

React Native & JavaScript​

• Strong foundation in React Native components, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods
• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await and arrow functions
• Familiarity with Native Base is a plus

Mobile Development

• iOS: Familiarity with Xcode, CocoaPods, and basic Swift for native modules
• Android: Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Java/Kotlin

APIs & Libraries

• Experience integrating third-party libraries such as Redux, React Navigation, Axios, and Firebase
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling

Tools & Testing

• Proficient in version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
• Experience with debugging tools like React DevTools and Flipper
• Testing experience with Jest, Detox, or similar frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in mobile application development (React Native preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to handle configuration and release management independently
• Passion for learning new technologies and contributing to team success
