Network Engineer

Our Big Tech client is seeking a Network Engineer to support daily operations and maintenance of network infrastructure, with experience in Meraki and Juniper products, strong knowledge in Layer 3 protocols like IPv4/v6 as well with some experience in Python scripting.

Responsibilities:

• Network Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network performance.
• Incident Response: Quickly assess and resolve network issues to reduce downtime.
• User Support: Assist users with network-related problems efficiently.
• Project Execution: Support network tasks within larger cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience managing large-scale network infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Layer 2 protocols (LACP, L2 ECMP, 802.1d/w/s, 802.1x).
• Strong knowledge of Layer 3 protocols (IPv4/v6, TCP, UDP) and routing (OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS).
• Experience with firewalls and packet inspection.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, CloudWAN).
• Proficiency with Meraki and Juniper products.
• Mandarin proficiency required.

This is a 12-month initial contract role.
