Senior Fullstack Engineer | $125k–$225k + Equity | Remote-Friendly (U.S.)

The Opportunity

AI is transforming every industry—from RAG-based chatbots and credit decisions to content recommendations and genomics research. But as machine learning systems grow in complexity, it becomes harder to monitor and understand their real-world behavior.

Our client is a Series C startup building a leading observability platform for machine learning and LLM systems. Their mission is to help ML teams discover issues, diagnose root causes, and continuously improve model performance. They’re backed by top-tier investors and are scaling fast.

The Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be part of the team responsible for bringing complex AI/ML workflows to life—designing and building intuitive, performant features that help users interpret and act on their model performance data.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain real-time SaaS features using scalable server-side JavaScript (Node)
• Create and optimize reusable React components for a modern, data-heavy UI
• Help shape architecture and product direction through close collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code and design reviews
• Work across the stack to bring powerful, seamless user experiences to life

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend/fullstack experience, ideally working with React and TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of client-side JavaScript and UI performance optimization
• Experience building responsive web applications (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Strong debugging skills and experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• A product mindset—you care about usability and customer experience
• Bonus if you’ve worked with GraphQL, data/ML tools, or in a fast-paced startup environment

• Salary: $125,000–$225,000 depending on experience
