- Work onsite in Baltimore, MD (must be within 30-40 miles)
- Focus on AWS Connect system engineering, performance, and disaster recovery
- Build and test network failover strategies and disaster recovery features (QnA bots, IVR, Quicksight)
- Test and optimize AWS East/West agent redundancy and scaling
- Manage and improve call routing (split tunneling vs. proxy), bot interfaces, and AWS workflow efficiency
- Optimize monitoring tools (Operata, CloudWatch) and clean up DEV/PROD AWS environments (e.g., S3, Lambdas)
- Provide user/admin training and support for AWS Connect Console and ACGR interface
- Implement user auto-provisioning via SCIM and Active Directory integration
- Lead/assist AWS Connect expansion and integration with virtual PBX systems (e.g., Avaya, Ribbon)
- Review, design, and migrate IVR workflows and create performance dashboards for AWS Connect
- Address change management processes for call flows, software, and network configurations
- Support AWS data migration to Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
- Deep experience with AWS Connect required
