About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join us on a freelance/project basis to help shape and elevate the user experience of our web-based dashboards and internal tools. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex data into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, modern, and functional user interfaces for our dashboards, configuration manager and traffic safety platforms
• Translate product requirements and technical constraints into smooth user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy products)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design experience with analytics tools with large datasets, preferably built for traffic engineers
• Should have experience in working on applications that use Information Systems (GIS) or geolocation technologiesProficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ability to think in systems and simplify complex data into visual clarity
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams remotely
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working on mobility, transportation, AI, or IoT-related projects
