About Role:

As a Product Manager at ADVA Soft, you will take the helm of the tactical development for our flagship product, TouchRetouch, ensuring its rapid evolution and competitiveness. Your key focus will be on improving the delivery rate and driving the implementation of high-impact features, based on solid market and user research. You will manage the product backlog, write clear requirements and collaborate daily with talented cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality releases.

This role reports to the Head of Product and includes active mentorship to foster your professional growth. We aim for you to achieve operational autonomy in managing the backlog and releases within 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a Middle-level Product Manager looking to grow and make a significant impact on a globally recognized app.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog: translate insights and strategy into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate daily with Design, Engineering (iOS, ML, Algorithm/C), QA, and Marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Drive and lead the team towards efficient backlog execution and delivery.
  • Participate in shaping and communicating the product vision and roadmap alongside the Head of Product.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests (monetization, activation, retention).
  • Analyze key product metrics, derive actionable insights, and define actions.
  • Track technology and market trends, proposing relevant applications for the product.


Requirements (Must-Have):

  • 2+ years in Product Management (PM/Associate PM/PO), with a focus on mobile B2C apps (iOS experience is essential).
  • Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in backlog prioritization, writing clear requirements; good understanding of user/market research and A/B testing.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude/Mixpanel, Firebase) to analyze feature/test results and find insights.
  • Execution Focus: Strong ability to manage the backlog effectively and work with teams to release features.
  • High Energy & Fast Pace: Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives with urgency, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Quick Decision-Making: Ability to assess situations rapidly, gather necessary information efficiently, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
  • Communication: Excellent skills in working with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical).
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Adaptability & Learning: High motivation to learn, receive feedback, and quickly grow under mentorship; utilizes new technologies/processes for automation and optimization.
  • Subscription Experience: Understanding of monetization models and unit economics.
  • iOS User: Actively uses an iPhone.
  • Key Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, analytical, responsible, proactive, strong leader..


Would be a plus:

  • Photo/Video Enthusiast: Actively uses photo/video editing apps and understands user needs.
  • Experience with ML/CV product development.
  • Understanding of modern photo editing technologies and trends.
  • Experience in mobile app marketing.
