Position Summary:

This role focuses on the development and optimization of AI models under the guidance of senior engineers. The AI Engineer contributes to the creation and enhancement of generative AI solutions, supports the integration of AI components into existing systems, and participates in experimentation and performance validation. The role requires strong foundational knowledge in AI/ML and provides the opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

Who we’re looking for:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply and tune usage of generative AI models and ML algorithms with support from senior engineer
• Assist in implementing and optimizing AI components within enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into operational workflows and products
• Conduct experiments and simulations to test AI models and improve accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Support documentation of AI model development processes, results, and key findings
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance model effectiveness or engineering workflows

Skill:

• Supports the delivery and optimization of AI/ML solutions through foundational technical expertise and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related domain
• Strong expertise in some variety of programming languages, with an emphasis on Python. Advanced proficiency with some AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, data structures, and model development best practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)
