Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting complex architectures, ensuring efficient deployment, maintenance, and scalability of applications while addressing critical business objectives. This position requires a confident leader capable of cooperative engagement with cross-functional teams, managing cloud infrastructures, and driving advancement through sophisticated DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Support application architecture while adhering to business requirements
Leverage AI tools to enforce coding best practices
Perform deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of platforms
Apply SRE methodologies, including resilience strategies, metrics tracking, and incident resolution
Oversee AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures and associated services
Collaborate with developers, operations, QA, and other organizational teams
Convey technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows
Create scripts and tools to boost operational performance
Design and evolve containerized and serverless architectures
Ensure adherence to security policies and conduct thorough security evaluations
Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure configurations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevSecOps engineering at an enterprise level
1+ years of experience in AI and Generative AI technologies
1+ years of experience in leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation tasks
Knowledge of .NET, JAVA, and relevant programming frameworks
Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
Proficiency in managing Azure DevOps platforms, including pipelines
Extensive background in cloud engineering across AWS, Azure, and familiarity with GCP
Experience in directing and mentoring engineering teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in high-pressure settings
