Lead DevOps Specialist

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to become an integral part of our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will oversee complex system architectures, drive the deployment, upkeep, and scalability of mission-critical applications, and play a vital role in meeting strategic business goals. This role demands a motivated leader who excels in facilitating collaboration, managing robust cloud infrastructures, and implementing cutting-edge DevOps methodologies to enhance performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design system architectures that align with evolving business priorities
Incorporate AI technologies to improve and promote best coding practices
Lead deployment operations, monitor systems, and ensure sustained platform performance
Apply SRE principles to boost system reliability, monitor performance metrics, and manage incidents
Manage cloud infrastructure services, focusing on AWS and Azure environments
Facilitate seamless communication and cooperation across development, operations, QA, and other teams
Clearly convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate and enhance workflows
Develop and refine tools and scripts to optimize operational processes
Build, implement, and evolve containerized and serverless infrastructure solutions
Maintain security compliance standards and conduct consistent security reviews
Document all systems, workflows, and infrastructure configurations to ensure transparency and scalability

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps engineering within enterprise contexts
Over 1 year of experience working with AI and Generative AI tools
At least 1 year of leadership experience in managing technical teams
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area of study
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for infrastructure automation and scripting
Background in programming frameworks such as .NET, JAVA, or similar technologies
Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment and management
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration and maintenance
Broad experience in working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, with familiarity in GCP
Strong competency in guiding, mentoring, and leading DevOps teams effectively
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in highly dynamic environments
