We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities: Design and User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user flows and interfaces.

Ensure all designs align with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

UI/UX Development: Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user problems, and communicate design rationale.

Present design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve designs.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
  
  

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Design Applications , or similar.

Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills: Experience with motion design including animations or micro-interactions.

Experience with 3D designs and familiarity with tools such as Blender or similar.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
