Job Description

Knowledge and Skills

• Expertise in high-fidelity prototyping and wireframing using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Ability to transform conceptual ideas into visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces.
• Mastery of responsive design techniques to ensure optimal usability across various devices and platforms.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Proficient in UI component creation, patterns, and style guides to improve collaboration between design and development teams.
• Strong experience in designing complex digital interfaces, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Expertise in interaction design, enhancing user engagement through interactive elements and animations.
• Motion graphics proficiency to guide user behavior and optimize user flow.
• Designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) with a consistent user experience.
• Understanding platform-specific design guidelines (iOS, Android, Web) and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.
• Experience in front-end developer collaboration to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation.
• Proficiency in delivering assets, design specifications, and prototypes to development teams using tools like Zeplin, Figma, and In Vision.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design for all users, including those with disabilities.
• Experience conducting UI testing, gathering feedback, and iterating designs based on user insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, effectively articulating strategic vision from an end-user perspective.
• Ability to collaborate across business and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
