Are you a Machine Learning Engineer ready to build smart solutions that make real impact?
At CGI, we’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing data & AI team. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary environment where innovation, collaboration, and curiosity are key to success.
Your role in our team
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing models and pipelines for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Contribute to the development of MLOps best practices and model governance frameworks
- Stay up to date with the latest ML trends and bring innovation to the team
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI
- Strong skills in Python and ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
- Experience building and deploying models in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is a plus
- Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model validation
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a strong IT component
- Native Dutch or French with a good English level
