🌟 What You’ll Do

• As a Product Designer at Onoff Telecom, you’ll do more than just design beautiful interfaces — you’ll be a strategic partner in shaping product direction. From first sketch to final ship, you’ll work hands-on to solve real user problems in ways that are simple, scalable, and meaningful.
• You’ll be deeply embedded in the full product lifecycle, with a strong focus on understanding our users — not through guesswork, but through conversations, research, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify problems worth solving and define customer-centric solutions.
• Engage directly with users and customers through interviews, usability studies, and feedback loops to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
• Form and test hypotheses using A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation to discover what works — fast.
• Translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that bring clarity to complexity.
• Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and journey mapping to detailed UI, handoff, and implementation QA.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to drive consistency, efficiency, and delight across our products.
• Champion the voice of the user in every design conversation, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business impact.

🧠 What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX decisions, crisp UI design, and measurable impact.
• Proven experience conducting user interviews, synthesising insights, and translating findings into design direction.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a bias toward prototyping and testing ideas quickly.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile collaboration.
• A problem-solver’s mindset — you care about making things work before making them pretty.
• Strong communication skills — you’re confident presenting your work and collaborating across disciplines.
• Bonus points for skills in motion design, UX writing, or front-end development — but curiosity and drive matter more.
