Tech Lead / Solution Architect in Mobile Team | SEB, Tallinn

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading technical implementation and designing architecture for systems used by our mobile application.
• Help to turn business requirements into technical implementation tasks.
• Align solutions with SEB’s architects’ community.
• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide necessary support for the team and stakeholders.
• Understanding of general trends in the relevant technologies, best practices etc.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and provide solutions to drive platform excellence.
• Help create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
  
  

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect, or Tech Lead.
• Proficient in developing applications using Spring Boot (Java and Kotlin).
• Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in dealing with penetration tests and IT Security findings.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills and fluency in English (international team).
• A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn continuously and “Can do” attitude.
• Experience working with mobile solutions will be considered as an advantage.
