Product Manager Junior

🌟 We're Hiring: Product Manager / Business Analyst (1–2 years of experience)

Ticket Go, a European company specializing in attraction tourism, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to support various departments in a dynamic and international environment.

🔹 Location: Tallinn (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in-office per week) / this position will start remote but will shift to hybrid at some point.

🔹 Schedule: Full time

🔹 Contract: Employment contract in accordance with Estonian labor law

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on defining and managing the product backlog with the Product team.

• Identify improvement opportunities based on data, user feedback, and market analysis.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align product priorities and objectives.

• Support research and validation of new features and improvements.

• Measure outcomes and provide insights into product performance.

• Document processes, functionalities, and key decisions clearly and thoroughly.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis roles related to digital products.

• Practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in tech, e-commerce, or tourism companies (preferred).

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Commitment to working in diverse, inclusive, and multicultural environments.

• Must be based in Tallinn.
