Your responsibilities will be

Manage all human resource processes within the store, including:

•   recruitment and onboarding of employees
•   employee training and development
•   performance evaluation
•   management of personnel documentation and recordkeeping

Create a positive work environment and promote team collaboration

We expect

• At least 3 years of experience in a personnel manager position
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize work in a structured and efficient manner
•   Basic knowledge of record-keeping and labor law
