Business Analyst

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for turning data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our finance team at OlyBet.

As a key link between our business objectives and technical solutions, you’ll help drive smarter decisions, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization

What will you be doing?

• Design, implement, and maintain reporting views to support business controlling and month-end closing processes, taking the lead in projects aimed at developing new reporting solutions.
• Analyze and validate operational and financial data related to product and platform providers.
• Propose optimization and improvement ideas to controlling and reporting processes, gathering requirements from business stakeholders and working these into existing and new processes.
• Support business stakeholders, monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with local and Group teams of Accounting and Finance, Data Warehouse, Product and others to ensure efficient data processing, reconciliation and reporting.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial planning and analysis, together with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn the business in depth.
• Ability to transform data into strategic insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both non-technical and technical audiences.
