We’re seeking a versatile developer to support our CTO by handling technical support tickets and spearheading internal projects that unify our data streams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, building internal tools, and creating automated workflows that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Manage technical support tickets: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to reduce the CTO’s workload.
- Develop internal tools: Build and maintain solutions that connect and consolidate siloed data from various platforms.
- Develop event tracking: Integrate data to develop comprehensive customer profiles and track key events.
- Automate workflows: Design and implement automated workflows for proactive, personalized outreach based on business metrics and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with the CTO: Act as a force multiplier by assisting in development tasks, research, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (including jQuery), CSS, and Node.js.
- Experience with Google Cloud services.
- Familiarity with Liquid, GraphQL, and Shopify is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling support tickets.
- Ability to integrate data from different sources to create unified views and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with customer data platforms, event tracking, or marketing automation tools.
- Prior work on SaaS platforms or e-commerce environments.
- Understanding of customer success metrics and proactive customer engagement strategies.
- Direct mentorship from and collaboration with our CTO.
