As we expand our presence in the US market, we're looking for a Business Developer to drive client acquisition and build long-term partnerships with leading blockchain projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with Web3 startups, crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, and blockchain enterprises hiring in the US.


  • Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, founders, and HR teams to secure new recruitment mandates.


  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, funding rounds, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


  • Sales & Negotiation: Present our value proposition effectively, negotiate terms, and close deals with high-growth blockchain companies.


  • Partnership Development: Explore collaborations with VCs, incubators, and accelerators to generate high-quality leads.


  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.


Requirements


  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within recruitment, blockchain, or tech startups.


  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the blockchain/Web3 space, including key players, trends, and talent needs.


  • Sales-Driven: Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.


  • Networking Skills: Ability to engage C-level executives, hiring managers, and founders in meaningful business conversations.


  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote-first environment.
