We are a dynamic and highly motivated international team, whose aim is to extract value from data making use of Agile approach to software development. We are looking for programmers who can participate in all phases of software development cycle, from product definition and design through implementation, documentation and deployment.


These roles are about listening to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the product is easy to use and meets their needs. The expectation is that you develop high-quality code that can be easily maintained and rapidly modified without ever losing sight of the end solution and how it creates value. You'll also need the ability to interpret complex business requirements into robust solutions.


Key Accountabililities:

  • Design, Code, Deploy and Maintain software solutions for business problems in the area of aircraft engine services.
  • Build our Forecasting and Analysis capability to develop industry leading tools that deliver transformational business value.
  • Follow best practices related to software development.
  • Qualifications and Skills


We're looking for talented professionals, with several years experience in a Software Development role as part of a team. You’ll also need experience working in an agile environment with an understanding of how to architect robust software solutions. A degree level in a Mathematics, Scientific, Computing, Engineering discipline or equivalent is valued but not essential if a portfolio demonstrates hands on knowledge.


Further requirements are as follows:

  • Experience creating, delivering, deploying and maintaining software products.
  • Demonstrable growth mindset, willingness to learn and passionate about coaching and sharing knowledge.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken, knowledge in German would be of advantage.
  • Relevant professional experience in development with:Python, Flask and REST API´s
  • Continuous integration tools (particularly CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps)
  • Version control, static code analysis and unit test frameworks


Bonus points for experience with the following:

  • .NET, ElasticSearch, SQL, pandas and time series analysis and forecasting
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills
  • Agile mindset. Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
