Senior PM (Agile Coach)

Key Deliverables:

• Work with teams to enable business agility & organisational change;
• Work with teams to support the adoption of agile ways of working;
• Collaborate with the wider Agile Leads community to support the delivery and development of functions and individuals.
• Expected to champion the adoption of Agile ways of working to the various agile teams and the Client's senior management;
• Expected to help facilitate the Client's agile transformation and adoption

Key Experience:

• Experience with various Agile Methodologies such as Lean and Scrum.
• Experience of Disciplined Agile Delivery
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Frameworks and Culture
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping
• Experience in organisational agile transformation and adoption of or enabling of business agility.
