As a team member within KPMG Data, AI & Tech, you will participate in both internal and external projects for new services and products to create great business value every day to our three business areas: Advisory, Audit and Tax. You will support with specific digital data platform and solutions based on advanced analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

As a Software Developer within AI Solutions at KPMG Data, AI & Tech team, you will play a crucial role in deploying AI solutions to our clients – largest players across automotive, telecommunications and other industries mainly in Sweden. Your focus will be on integration of generative AI within our clients technological framework.

Role & Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding of AI technical landscape and ability to utilise appropriate technology for specific client AI case.
• Utilize programming skills  s across various layers of the software stack to develop robust AI solutions. Focusing on LLM/GenAI frameworks and AI/ML tools to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Do high quality Promt engineering.
• Design prototypes and POCs to demonstrate solution feasibility and valueDeploy and refine AI models and algorithms, ensuring they effectively meet business needs and integrate seamlessly within our technological frameworks.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, security by design, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, such as data scientists, architects, front-end developers to implement model improvements based on new technological developments.
• Provide technical guidance to clients adopting LLM technologies.
• Be active and follow up on all latest happenings in AI field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• A degree or final year student in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Understanding and experience in AI/ML technologies and software engineering, experience with Python, Shell scripting, building and maintaining scalable API solutions.
• Professional experience with Large Language Models (LLM)/GenAI technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Synthesia, Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch and similar.
• Knowledge of best practices for software development and data organization, with experience in Agile working methods and DevOps.
• Experience in Promt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Experience in delivery of full project lifecycle.

Tech skills considered as advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, model deployment in test and production environments.
• Experience in app authentication, data storage options, data connections, APIs, and container deployment.
• Proficiency in using front-end development frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Next.js Experience in generative AI implementations, especially its integration within frameworks like RAG.
• Knowledge and practical application of Scrum, holding Scrum master's or project lead role.

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

• You enjoy solving complex problems and getting any job well done.
• You are passionate about AI.
• You do not shy away from leading trainings and workshops and are great at explaining complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• You have sustained attention to detail and have ability to describe complex technical issues in a clear non-technical way.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You demonstrate a positive approach towards problem solving under pressure, you are a self-motivated, emotionally intelligent and pro-active person, who demonstrates good communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
