WHAT WE DO...

• Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
• User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
• Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python.
• Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.
• Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.!

WHAT YOU’LL DO...

🚀 Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles.

Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Identify new sourcing strategies and stay up to date with recruitment trends.

🚀 People and Culture Support

Help create a positive employee experience by assisting with onboarding and adaptation processes.

Support HR initiatives focused on employee well-being and engagement.

🚀 HR Operations and Compliance

Provide guidance on general HR topics and ensure smooth communication between employees and leadership.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor laws.

DO YOU HAVE...

✨ 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or HR specialist's role

✨ A strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies

✨ Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law

✨ The ability to partner with business leaders and support them in HR matters

✨ A proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset

✨ Fluency in Lithuanian and English
