T24 Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced T24 Developer (OLE) with a strong background in payments (SWIFT/SEPA) and techno-functional expertise in T24 core banking modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, support, and enhancement of T24 solutions, particularly in areas related to AA, FT, and TPH modules. A good understanding of SQL and an interest or experience in data warehousing or Temenos Insight is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support T24 customizations and interfaces using OLE.
• Work on payment flows including SWIFT and SEPA integration and compliance.
• Customize and enhance T24 modules – AA (Arrangement Architecture), FT (Funds Transfer), TPH (Transaction Processing Hub).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve T24 functional and technical issues.
• Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries to support backend processing and reporting.
• Support unit, system, and integration testing and contribute to deployment planning.
• Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of T24 solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a T24 Developer with OLE
• Strong understanding of T24 modules: AA, FT, TPH
• Experience with Payments processing: SWIFT, SEPA
• Good SQL skills for backend validation and data extraction
• Solid understanding of banking operations and financial products

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Temenos Insight or other Datawarehousing tools
• Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence related to banking data
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps-based delivery environments
