Solution Architect (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solution Architect to join our architecture team, playing a critical role in shaping technical solutions that meet complex business needs. Working within a multidisciplinary group of infrastructure, cloud, software, and enterprise architects, you will design end-to-end architectures that span cloud and on-premise environments while collaborating closely with customers to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Your responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Design enterprise and hybrid cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise systems to support modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and guide cloud adoption strategies, infrastructure modernization plans, and integration patterns for enterprise IT environments.
• Architect resilient application and integration solutions using microservices, containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), API gateways, and messaging platforms.
• Lead technical design sessions and oversee solution implementation, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and cost targets.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues, guiding engineering teams and supporting troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Support discovery efforts to assess existing technology environments and recommend tailored solutions.
• Work alongside project managers and delivery teams to ensure architectural coherence throughout implementation phases.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and stay up to date with emerging trends in enterprise IT, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Produce and maintain high-quality architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and decision logs.

Your profile :

• You have substantial experience in solution architecture or a senior technical role with hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT.
• You’ve successfully designed and delivered complex solutions involving infrastructure, applications, integration, and cloud-native services.
• You are familiar with enterprise environments and technologies, including networking, virtualization, storage, and security frameworks.
• You understand database platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• You have practical experience with Java application servers (e.g., WebLogic) and related middleware.
• You work confidently with container technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• You apply DevOps principles and tools (CI/CD, automation) to support agile delivery.
• You are comfortable designing and integrating solutions using APIs, integration frameworks, and messaging tools.
• You are a strong communicator who can clearly convey technical concepts to both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
