About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Program Implementation Manager to join the Group Digital Transformation team and specifically lead the implementation of the planned digital initiatives across the key geographies. The program is led by Global Marketing who are responsible for timely and effectively deploying the Strategic Plan validated by Ferrero top management.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your ability to foster collaboration, you will support Region teams, particularly focal points, by acting as their primary contact for digital transformation topics. You will create a strong connection between central project teams and regional stakeholders, promoting active dialogue, advising on solutions, and chairing regular update meetings. You will also ensure that Region Managers and Boards are fully informed about the evolution of the digital transformation program and its business implications.

You will coordinate the deployment of priority initiatives respecting planned scopes, timelines, and budgets. Through your regular monitoring and tracking of regional adoption, you will report on progress and areas needing attention, suggesting possible solutions when challenges arise. Your role will include reviewing ways of working to recommend efficiencies, supporting the development and execution of change management plans within the appropriate timeframes, and providing regular updates to the digital transformation Operative Steerco and other key stakeholders.

With your focus on continuous improvement, you will gather and prioritize new business requests linked to adoption, supporting a consistent enhancement approach that considers the integration of Artificial Intelligence. You will share best practices to strengthen program adoption across regions, enabling synergies and optimizations between countries. In addition, you will support the Digital Transformation Manager in shaping new priorities and initiatives, coordinate the Monthly Program Steering Committee meetings, and collaborate closely with the Consumer AI Project Manager on joint initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

Thanks to your background in marketing (BA or MA) and over 10 years of experience in project management and/or operational and strategic marketing activities, you will bring strong expertise to the role. Your leadership skills will help you build an assertive and effective working relationship with both central and local stakeholders. Experience leading initiatives in digital marketing, digital content, or media management will support your ability to guide the team through key projects.

You will draw on your experience in implementing technology and transformation projects, including those involving Artificial Intelligence applications. As a change management leader, you will encourage adoption and smooth transitions across teams. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment will come naturally to you, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

You will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally, ensuring clear dialogue with all stakeholders. Superior oral and written communication in English will be important for daily interactions, and any additional language skills will be an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) will be key, along with a solid understanding of new technology opportunities, particularly related to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
