Backend Engineer (Kotlin) (M/F) - Hybrid (Lisbon) Or Remote

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Backend Engineer (Kotlin) (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) or Remote What do you need to have: Hard Skills:- 5+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a crossfunctional team environment;- Proficient in Kotlin for backend development ;- Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Ktor frameworks for building robust, scalable services;- Solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including optimization and schema design;- Familiarity with REST API design principles, microservices architectures, and cloud-based services (preferably AWS);- Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, embracing incremental delivery and - continuous feedback;- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for debugging and performance tuning;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
