What you’ll be doing

• Gather and document business requirements for IT solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Create process flows and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, development, testing, project managers).
• Participate in system design to ensure business needs are met.
• Support development and testing by clarifying requirements.
• Assist in developing test plans.
• Identify and document risks related to requirements.
• Contribute to improving business analysis practices.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies and trends.

What you will need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project methodologies.
• Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with business process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with requirements management tools (plus).
• Basic understanding of IT systems (plus).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
