This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect AI-powered systems to streamline complex software development tasks, including generating architectures, managing dependencies, and utilizing predictive coding techniques.
- Engage in cutting-edge R&D activities, stay ahead of AI and software engineering trends by attending conferences, and actively participate in professional networks to ensure we remain at the vanguard of AI technology adoption.
- Performing routine tasks like minor code maintenance or updates.
- Working on basic software development projects that do not incorporate AI elements.
- Apply your engineering skills to dramatically enhance development speed, minimize errors, and elevate code quality, leading to quicker product launches and improved customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing significant software engineering projects.
- Proficiency with GenAI code assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
- Proven track record in deploying Generative AI projects or solutions.
- Experience in utilizing various LLMs like GPT, Claude, or Mistral for solving complex business challenges.
