About The Role

We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our office in Mo i Rana. Here, we are a team of nine employees working on the development of hardware, firmware, and software for our tracking solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of our software team, working closely with colleagues across different countries. You will play a key role in developing solutions that ensure our customers always have access to critical shipment data.

Our Ideal Candidate

Has solid experience in software development, preferably in IoT, real-time data, or cloud services
Enjoys working in cross-functional teams
Has strong analytical skills and can solve complex technical challenges
Is structured and independent, yet a team player

Nice To Have

Experience with data streaming (e.g., AWS Kinesis or Apache Kafka)
Web application development
Knowledge of cloud services like AWS
Familiarity with C#, Angular, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL

Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications, databases, and APIs
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring
