About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Dubai team and lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and corporate process optimization within the iGaming sector. This is not a technical delivery role — instead, your focus will be on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through structured project management across departments including operations, legal, compliance, customer support, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of business-critical initiatives related to operations, compliance, and corporate functions
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, reports, and documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Support strategic planning, business transformation, and regulatory readiness initiatives
• Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and risk assessments
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and process reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or digital consumer industries
• Proven track record managing non-technical projects across corporate and operational teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and operational compliance
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
