Manager Data Insights & Analytics

The Data Insights and Analytics Manager will be responsible for building and owning a comprehensive, trusted data repository that enables deep analytical capabilities across the business. This role will lead the development of sustainable, automated dashboards that provide detailed, segment-level P&L insights and support ongoing business performance evaluation. The role will also enable automated, data-driven forecasting to support forward-looking decision-making across business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the development of a centralized data repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with business needs.
• Design and implement automated, scalable dashboards that deliver detailed insights across customer segments and P&L performance.
• Drive data governance and standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability across all analytical outputs.
• Enable and enhance automated forecasting models to support proactive planning and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights.
• Deliver regular, high-impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives and commercial decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve data structures, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and insight quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping how data is used to drive value across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, MBA with a focus on Analytics, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) would be advantageous.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven ability to drive actionable insights at a strategic level.
• 3+ years of experience in managing or leading data analytics teams, with direct involvement in designing and implementing dashboards, forecasting models, and data-driven reporting.
• Strong experience in working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management platforms.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into business solutions and strategic insights.
• Demonstrated experience in automated forecasting and business performance evaluation at a segment and P&L level.
• Experience in data governance, ensuring high data quality and consistency across the organization.

• Advanced Data Analytics: Expertise in analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for dashboard creation.
• SQL: Strong skills in querying and manipulating data from databases.
• Data Visualization: Ability to create clear, impactful visualizations for stakeholders.
• Statistical & Predictive Analysis: Experience with regression, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Data Governance: Knowledge of data quality, consistency, and governance best practices.
• Forecasting: Experience in developing and automating forecasting models.
