Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of either a monitoring platform or an automated operations platform (choose one specialization)
• Monitoring Specialization: Design, develop, implement, and optimize the company's monitoring system to ensure high availability and observability
• Monitoring Specialization: Participate in the architectural optimization of automated operations and monitoring platforms to improve system stability and scalability
• Automated Operations Specialization: Design, develop, and optimize database, middleware, and automated operations systems to enhance system stability and operational efficiency
• Automated Operations Specialization: Encapsulate and integrate cloud platform (Tencent Cloud, AWS) capabilities to improve the automation level of cloud resource management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience, bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7. Strong Java programming skills, with in-depth knowledge of multithreading, JVM, and common algorithms; familiarity with Go is a plus
• 8. Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, RPC frameworks, MQ, and their underlying principles
• 9. Experienced in high-concurrency and high-availability technologies, with practical knowledge of distributed caching and storage solutions
• 10. Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP protocols, Socket/NIO programming, and distributed application interaction protocols (e.g., Thrift/ProtoBuf or custom protocols)
• 11. Proficient in MySQL, skilled in SQL optimization, familiar with Linux commands, and knowledgeable about basic security measures
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-native and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior work on large-scale distributed systems
