We’re seeking a proactive and user-focused UI/UX Product Development professional who can lead, design, and improve digital interfaces across our website and auction platform. The right candidate will work closely with the developers and marketing to continuously enhance user journeys and propose scalable product ideas. Familiarity with React.js is an advantage, as our auction platform frontend is built with this framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the UI/UX design and product development process for web and auction features
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear design proposals and product improvements
• Collaborate closely with developers, especially those working in React.js, to ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct user testing and analysis to enhance usability and engagement
• Propose new product features or solutions that improve conversion, usability, and retention
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-device performance
• Keep up with UX/UI best practices, trends, and digital product innovations, especially in automotive or marketplace domains

Qualifications

• Solid experience in UI/UX design or digital product development (portfolio is preferred)
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• Familiar with React.js workflows and frontend collaboration
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools
• Confident in stakeholder discussions and cross-functional collaboration
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
• Knowledge or interest in the car industry is a strong plus
• Experience building or improving tech platforms (marketplace, auction, e-commerce, etc.) preferred
