Job Summary (List Format): Data Analyst with Oracle & PL/SQL – Hybrid

Minimum 8+ years of relevant data analysis experience with a bachelor’s degree and relevant industry certifications
Expertise in large data and reporting applications, including operational data stores, data warehouses, and data marts
Hands-on experience in data implementation, relational databases, ETL processes, transaction processing, and testing protocols
Strong understanding of data management concepts such as data quality, lineage, lifecycle, master/reference data, and metadata management
Ability to interpret business data and collaborate with business users for actionable insights, especially in accounting and financial data domains
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in PL/SQL for reading data models, understanding data flows, and writing complex queries
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BO, and Tableau
Skilled in requirements gathering, data analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools, especially Azure DevOps
Strong project management and process orientation, including stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, UAT coordination, and hand-offs to development
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and IT stakeholders
