Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Lead/Architect to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge mobile applications across Flutter, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin) platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile developers.

You will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable mobile solutions that seamlessly integrate with both front-end and back-end systems. Experience with Bluetooth-based features and Single Sign-On (SSO) is mandatory, as these technologies are core to our product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable mobile architectures for cross-platform and native applications.
• Drive the integration of advanced features such as Bluetooth connectivity and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mobile developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee the entire mobile app lifecycle—from planning and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, development trends, and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven expertise in Flutter, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth-based features and integration.
• Deep understanding and implementation experience of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and mobile security.
• Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing engineering excellence.
