POSITION

As a Jr. Content Specialist for Drama Pops at Codeway, you will play a key role in ensuring that our series production meets high-quality standards. You will support the development of new show ideas, assist in managing the content pipeline, and explore innovative methods, such as AI tools, to help generate engaging content for our platform. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mobile entertainment, enjoys working with creative teams, and is excited to learn and grow in the content production field.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

· Assist in the day-to-day management of series production, ensuring smooth collaboration with production studios and creative teams.

· Help brainstorm and develop new show concepts, working closely with senior team members to bring fresh ideas to the table.

· Use data and audience feedback to support decision-making on content improvements, helping optimize the performance of existing series.

· Explore and experiment with AI tools to assist in content creation, organization, and analysis.

· Monitor content performance metrics, track trends, and report on series successes and opportunities for improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile entertainment and contribute ideas on how to keep Drama Pops innovative and engaging.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

· Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and mobile entertainment, particularly in short-form or serialized video content.

· Creative thinking with a passion for developing and improving show ideas that resonate with a global audience.

· Basic understanding of project management, with the ability to assist in coordinating between teams to keep content production on track.

· Familiarity with data analytics and a curiosity about how audience feedback can drive content strategies.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.

· Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools and content trends to improve production processes.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

· 0-2 years of experience in a content-related role, such as production assistance, media, or digital content creation.

· Some exposure to content production workflows, especially for digital or mobile platforms.

· Interest or experience in using AI tools for creative projects or content organization.

· A passion for drama, romance, or suspense genres, with a desire to contribute to innovative storytelling for mobile audiences.
