Manager - Cards Products Develpoment

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure that the business objectives of Card Issuing are being met.
• Responsible for conducting market research & analysis to determine the customer’s needs and wants by gathering the market information for Debit & Credit Cards
• Meet the Business Volumes & Commission targets, periodically.
• Ensure that all the required internal controls are in place as per industry best practices
• Coordinate with Sales, Corporate Communication, Card Acquiring teams to ensure all Business support activities are achieved without brakes.
• Complete all other tasks as delegated by management or reporting Manager
• Compliance and risk requirements to be met raise any risk concerns to risk department
• Participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.
• Handle all external vendors involved in Card Business, in a professional manner to achieve optimal cost levels to maximize the profitability
• Ensure that the card portfolio is regularly analysed and monitored to supplement achieving the business targets
• Ensure that all internal co-ordination handled professionally to achieve the industry bench marked customer satisfaction levels for the Bank

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration

Skills/Knowledge:

All round knowledge in Cards Business including sales, credit, products, operations & fraud control

Experience:

Minimum of five years all round experience in Bank Cards & operation

Business Understanding:

• Card Sales, Pricing, Retentions, product upgrades
• Product life cycle activities and management
• Working knowledge on card portfolio management
• Logical handling of co-ordinations & Relationship Management
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Presentation skills
• Business cases
• Cards products development and enhancements.
