We're looking for a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. This is a full-time operations role, not a strategy gig. You'll be in the trenches, running live trading ops, optimizing fund flows, automating workflows, and directly contributing to the stability and performance of our cross-border payments platform. If you're looking to break into crypto, stablecoins, or cross-border fintech, this is a rare opportunity to build deep operational experience from day one. We value initiative over hierarchy and there’s a clear path for you to own a business line and build your own ops team as we scale.

What you'll do:

• Monitor real-time trades, market activity, client balances, and fund flows
• Make live decisions to manage trading risks and address operational issues
• Spot inefficiencies in platform liquidity across exchanges and wallets
• Troubleshoot anomalies and ensure seamless operations with global partners
• Work with product & engineering to automate operational workflows
• Identify and push for new features that improve internal tools and customer experience
• Flag unusual activity, support reporting, and maintain audit-ready transaction data

What you bring:

• 1–3 years in trading ops, fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Strong data skills and an analytical mindset
• Calm under pressure, with sharp decision-making in live environments
• Excellent coordination and communication across functions

Nice to Have

• Exposure to crypto or stablecoin infrastructure
• Prior experience with exchanges, wallets, or trade-monitoring systems
